WMS və ya MES ilə bağlı kömək üçün MPI Cloud ilə əlaqə saxlamazdan əvvəl, probleminiz haqqında məlumat toplamaqla bizə kömək edə bilərsiniz.

Məlumat toplamaq

Dəstək xidməti ilə əlaqə saxladığınız zaman bu məlumatları hazırlayın:
  1. Problemin təsviri və işlər düzgün işləyirsə gözləntiləriniz. Nəyin işləmədiyinə əlavə olaraq, əslində nə baş verdiyini bilmək bizim üçün faydalıdır
  2. Problemin baş verdiyi tarix, vaxt, saat qurşağı (Log jurnallarımızı axtarmaq üçün faydalıdır) və həlli üçün görülən hər hansı işlər də daxil olmaqla, problemi yenidən yoxlamaq üçün addımların təsviri.
  3. Problemin ardıcıl və ya arabir olması, fərqli cihazda və ya əməliyyat sistemində təkrarlana bilməsi.
  4. Tam dəqiq xəta mesajını və ya vəziyyətini göstərən oxuna bilən ekran görüntüləri.
  5. Təsirə məruz qalan istifadəçi adları və əgər varsa, MPI məhsulu və versiyası.
  6. İnternet təhlükəsizliyi, firewall, antivirus və ya pop-up bloklama proqramı daxil olmaqla, əməliyyat sistemi və işləyən əlavələrin növləri.

  1. Dəstək Xidməti hər hansı əlavə məlumat tələb edərsə, onu cavab e-poçtuna əlavə edin.
  2. Siz e-poçta 25 MB-a qədər fayl əlavə edə bilərsiniz. Daha böyük faylları arxivləyin və bölün.
