Traditional Transportation vs. Mobile Robotics

Why It Matters

Key Limitations of Manual Transportation and Picking
  • Employees spend more than 50% of their time on non-value-added movements
  • Issues with forklift traffic, congestion, and safety.
  • Long-distance movements are not optimized
  • Employees can walk up to 24 km per day in large facilities

This helps make informed optimization decisions in a risk-free environment.

How We Utilize Robots

AMR robots are used to transport pallets and loads, automating the process of picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment.
The robots pick up pallets or carriers and automatically move to picking positions, optimizing the route according to the order.
Pickers meet the robots in the aisles, scan them using the WES system, and see on the terminal screen which items need to be picked and placed on the robot.
After completing the picking process, the robots automatically deliver the goods to the packing or loading zone.

Other Uses

In this video, you can learn about various ways to use autonomous mobile pallet robots in warehouse and logistics operations. Our WES system coordinates these operations, optimizing routes and task management for maximum productivity.

Results

Elimination of manual movements and transportation of pallets and loads from warehouses to loading, unloading, and production lines.
