Blueprinting Design
During this phase, business processes undergo thorough examination and analysis, and models for existing (AS-IS) and prospective (TO-BE) processes are crafted. Requirements for the system are specified, and potential solutions are explored in depth.

Preparation & Testing
We customize the system to fit the client's needs. We then test it, hand the new program features to the process owners, and document these features. Furthermore, we train workers and use LEAN to make processes and work areas in the warehouse and factory more efficiency.

Go-Live
Initiating the system requires final adjustments, verifying user preparedness, shifting operations, and migrating data. To facilitate each user's smooth startup, we deliver daily support on location.

Improvement Support
Following go-live, we offer ongoing support and assistance to users. We provide assessments, aid with work methods, and help users adapt to the new environment and functionalities. Moreover, we hold meetings with process owners to analyze and enhance the processes.
