Who you'll work with
We are looking for a junior specialist in the consulting department who will actively participate in the implementation of our projects.
Our wishes:
- Graduates of financial and economic faculties. Completed higher education is required;
- Experience working with large amounts of information, ability to identify and structure key aspects;
- Proficient in MS Office software package;
- Developed analytical thinking, initiative;
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of modern management concepts (TOC, Six Sigma, LEAN, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of production systems;
- Knowledge in the field of business process notations (BPMN, IDEF0, etc.);
- Examples of completed tasks (presentations, reports, articles) are an additional advantage.
What will need to be done:
- Collection, processing and analysis of data;
- Diagnostics and description of business processes (surveys, interviews, observations);
- Development of optimization solutions (description of the as-is model, development of the to-be model);
- Preparation and participation in presentations.
