Who do we need



We are looking for a talented Middle level Ruby developer who will be actively involved in creating high-quality software solutions for the industry.

Our technologies and tools:

  • The client part of the application (Front-end) is implemented as a SPA (Single Page Application) based on WEB technologies (TypeScript, React) and packaged by Electron as a native application.
  • The server part (Back-end) is developed in Ruby (Ruby on Rails). Separate parts of the system (microservices) are written in other languages ​​such as Rust and Go.

We use Gitlab, Discord, Kanban boards for collaborative development. Development server based on Ubuntu Server. Our developers use their comfortable OS (Windows, Ubuntu, Mac OS, ...) and development environment (IntelliJ IDEA, RubyMine, VS Code, Sublime...) for development.

What we want to see from you:

  • at least 1 year experience in Ruby on Rails development;
  • deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, strong knowledge of SQL, including complex compound structures;
  • experience with Linux server distributions and Linux command line, Git;
  • ability to write working, maintainable and testable code;
  • willingness to improve existing functionality;
  • participation in task assessment and work planning;
  • participation in the development of application architecture.
The advantage will be:
  • knowledge of GraphQL and Golang.

What will need to be done:

  1. Development of new product functionality that will be used by companies and entrepreneurs around the world, including the development of fundamental mechanisms and libraries;
  2. Support for existing product implementation;
  3. Active participation in the design and development of the architecture of server applications;
  4. Identification of opportunities to improve the components, processes and tools used, their implementation in practice;
  5. Interaction with analysts, assessment and decomposition of business tasks.
